I.L. Construction was founded by Ian L’Hommedieu. He brings many years of construction experience to ensure every aspect of your project is done with great quality, care, and to building code standards.

“Our next project was putting wood floors in all of our bedrooms, but the challenge was I wanted a perfect, seamless match to the wood floors that existed in our Great Room and hallways. Ian assured me that it could be done so I hired him again. Again, Ian and his team were most courteous. They covered their shoes going in and out and vacuumed up the floor debris at the end of each day they were here. They did a phenomenal job. Our friends could not believe that the bedroom floors were not done at the same time as the hallways and Great Room since there were no seams at the thresholds and everything matched perfectly.A few months later I decided to do granite countertops and tile the backsplash in addition to putting natural dry stack stone on our fireplace surround. I knew I wanted Ian to handle this project too. He had some ideas for me and even met me at his supplier to make decision making a little easier. Everything turned out beautifully.
